How to craft a vision for 2025

A Workbook and Steps toward Focus

Hello mindful executive,

Every good year begins here: in that moment of stillness when the patterns of the past align and the road ahead sharpens into focus.

Why?

Success belongs to those who discern what truly matters.

There is a path and an art to this pursuit: It’s the art of deep reflection, the blend of mental models and slow thinking, that reveals hidden paths until a clear way forward emerges from the haze.

This is slow, collaborative work, where the hidden becomes visible. What seemed impossible suddenly resolves into a single, clear step.

This is where our collaboration shines brightest.

2024 held many of those moments for me. Moments and collaborations of insights that led me around the globe and into unique rooms:

  • Behind the Scenes of great organizations: You kept me busy. In addition to my coaching work, I spent over 50 days facilitating workshops with you, dear executives, founders, boards, leadership teams, and shareholders. Each day was its own journey toward collective clarity.

  • Beyond the Room: A humbling number—over 2 million people saw what I wrote this year. A smaller, dearer number: 27,000 who follow more closely, week by week.

  • On Stage: The year started with conversations in Davos, continued with a keynote on mindset cultures for 10x Founders in Stockholm, and wrapped up with a leadership talk in Dubai for Atolye.

And now, I think of what’s next. 2025 is already murmuring its possibilities. Ideas are waiting to be shaped, and collaborations are waiting to surprise us.

But before then, here’s how I can help you today with your 2025 visions:

  1. Structured End-of-Year Harvest: A Reflection Workbook for your 2025 vision

Use this guide to spark those critical insights: This workbook will help you strip away the noise, uncover the patterns, and focus on what truly matters. Take time for it; the quiet mind sees what the busy mind cannot.

  2. Executive Advisory: A Thinking Partnership for 2025

Thriving organizations aren’t forged by luck. They are the result of focused thought and purposeful action. If you want a sparring partner to help you get there, reach out.

  3. A Thriving Mind: Access to the Wise Leadership Retreat August

“I have never written so many good ideas in my notebook,” CEO Mo Murad said after last year’s retreat. Five days of silence, tailored for executives, where breakthroughs happen. August 5–10.  If you want one of the limited spaces, you can apply here

And so, here we are. The final page of 2024’s story gives way for 2025.

As the calendar turns its first page, it’s time to notice patterns, understand what worked, and refocus on what truly matters.

Time to pause. To let the year speak back to you. What worked? What didn’t? What matters?

Take your time. Use the workbook. Map your 2025 with the care and courage it deserves.

Be gentle,

Nikolas
